Now that prohibition is over you don't have to bootleg this beer cheese over the Carolina mountains to have it in your fridge! Made with a creamy blend of cheeses and a hoppy punch of real pale ale, this dip is great served hot with pretzels, nachos, and works great as a sandwich topper.
