Gold Medal-Worthy Recipes to Celebrate the 2024 Paris Olympics
The Olympics are a time of global celebration, athletic prowess and unifying spirit. If you want to feel like you’re in Paris, the signature dishes for this year’s Olympics include chicken tandir, poached egg croissants, artichoke cream, goat cheese and truffle. But if you’re looking for something a little closer to home – whether you’re throwing a party for the opening ceremony or grabbing a snack and hitting the couch to watch the games – we have a dip (and a recipe) for you!
Sausage & Jalapeno Rotini: This recipe is so easy to make and it’s perfect for larger groups. Our recipe uses a skillet to combine the ingredients, but there’s no reason you couldn’t make this in a crockpot or put it in a crockpot to keep it warm throughout the festivities.
Easy Veggie Quesadillas: We are making these to celebrate the signature dishes of this year’s Olympics with our Spinach Artichoke Dip, but we might just have to cut out the centers (and eat it) so we’re left with a tasty version of those iconic Olympic rings.
Spinach-Artichoke Chicken Roll Ups: If you’re training for your own Olympic-level trial, you have to try this KETO-friendly chicken recipe. It also uses our Spinach Artichoke Dip and, if you’re using the Air Fryer, these will be ready to enjoy in less than 20 minutes.
Mini Pimento Cheese Balls: If you’re hosting a gathering and you want some grab-and-go snacks, these Pimento Cheese Balls are perfect and can be ready in 15 minutes or less. We would absolutely put them into dishes themed for ball-forward sports, but you certainly don’t have to!
Pull-Apart Bread: OK, hear us out, we usually make this recipe for Christmas, but you could totally shape these into the iconic Olympics logo. If you want to pay homage to those signature dishes straight from the City of Lights, you could easily swap the cheese sticks for goat cheese. Combined with our Triple Cheddar Pimento Cheese, it’s a lusciously cheesy snack.
