Panko breading
Taste of the South Cast Iron Spinach Artichoke Dip
Spray Oil
Instructions
Set Air Fryer to 425.
Cut each chicken breast in half and pound them until evenly flat, roughly 1/8 inch thick.
Spread dip on one side of the flattened chicken.
Roll chicken and hold it in place with toothpicks.
Add panko or other preferred bread crumbs.
Spray lightly with oil.
Cook in the Air Fryer for 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
