Salted Caramel Bread Pudding
Bread pudding is a Southern classic. When you add our Salted Caramel Fruit Dip and vanilla creamer to the recipe, you get a new twist that’s moist and sweet with just a smidge of salt. Enjoy!
Ingredients
1 9-inch by 13-inch pan.
Butter or Pam to grease the pan.
Foil to cover the pan.
1 roll of challah bread (or equally dense bread)
3 cups of vanilla bean creamer (not French vanilla)
5 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
Taste of the South Dips Salted Caramel Fruit Dip.
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Grease your pan
Chop your challah bread into roughly 1” cubes.
In a bowl, combine your creamer, eggs and cinnamon. Whisk until well combined.
Add your bread cubes and mix until saturated.
Pour coated bread into greased pan.
Cover the mixture with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm.
