Fried Pickle and Ranch Egg Salad

Looking for that tangy pickle flavor we all love? This egg salad made with Fried Pickle and Ranch dip is perfect on a sandwich or rolled up in a tortilla for a simple lunch that is packed full of flavor!

Ingredients

  • 8 hard-boiled eggs

  • 2 cups Fried Pickle and Ranch Dip

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 cup chopped red onions

Instructions

  1. In a bowl whisk together egg yolks, Fried Pickle and Ranch Dip, dijon mustard, black pepper, and salt until creamy. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.

  2. Stir in red onions and egg whites into the mixture.

  3. Serve on bread and enjoy!
