Cheesy Twice-Baked Potatoes Recipe

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Thoroughly wash and dry potatoes. Piece with a fork and then rub on olive oil.
Place whole potatoes on a middle rack in the oven.
Bake for 1 hour
Cut off the top 3rd and scoop out the inner parts when done.
Add 1 cup of Caramelized Onion and Bacon Dip, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
