Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Have you ever wanted to eat buffalo chicken sliders but didn't know how to make them? Wanna know a lil’ secret? There is no need to go out and buy bottled buffalo sauce or shred up bagged chicken because we’ve already done the hard part! Our buffalo chicken dip combines premium white meat chicken with the perfect amount of hot sauce and zesty ranch flavor. Put this on top of sweet Hawaiian rolls and cover in cheese to make the perfect appetizer.

Once you try this simple recipe, we guarantee that it won't take long for the whole family to agree that these taste just like those delicious Buffalo chicken sandwiches you get at the local bar. Make these for any get together and watch them disappear! They are loaded with flavor and so simple to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Kings Hawaiian Rolls

  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

  • 12oz cup Taste of the South Buffalo Style Chicken Dip

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13- inch baking dish.

  2. Stir together melted butter and garlic powder in a small bowl and set aside.

  3. Split the rolls in half and place the bottom half in the baking dish.

  4. Spread Taste of the South Buffalo Style Chicken Dip on the bottom half of the rolls and top with both cheeses.

  5. Brush the tops of the rolls with the garlic butter.

  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove foil and bake for 5 more minutes until the tops are golden brown.

  7. Cut, serve, and enjoy!
