Loaded Tater Tots Nachos

Totchos, our version of nachos but with tater tots. These easy crispy tater tots topped with delicious Slow Cooker Sausage and Cheese dip, Mexican cheese, and bacon crumbles will be a hit at any tailgate or gathering. They are super simple to make, and will be gone in no time!

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil.

  2. Bake tater tots for 30 minutes, flipping them halfway through.

  3. Place half the cooked tater tots in a 2-6 inch cast iron skillet.

  4. Spoon half of the Taste of the South Slow Cooker Sausage and Cheese Dip over the tots, and sprinkle half the cheese on top.

  5. Repeat these layers in the skillet.

  6. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

  7. Garnish with bacon crumbles, red onions, chives, and sour cream.

  8. Serve warm, and enjoy!
