Pimento Cheese Mac & Cheese
Pimento Mac & Cheese takes your favorite southern spread, Taste of the South Low Country Pimento Cheese, and turns it into a delicious dish. This super simple recipe will soon become a family favorite in your household like it is in ours!
Ingredients
4 Eggs
2 cans evaporated milk 12oz sharp cheddar
1 stick of butter
1 package large jumbo shells
1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
1.Boil 1 package of jumbo shells (or your favorite macaroni noodles) and cook according to instructions on package.
2. Add in 1/2 stick of butter and 2 cups of Taste of the South Lowcountry Pimento Cheese.
3. Add in 4 eggs, 2 cans evaporated milk, and 6oz of sharp cheddar.
4. Pour half of the mixture into a 9x13'“ baking dish.
5. Add in more cheese and top with the rest of the mixture.
6. Finish off by topping with the rest of the cheese.
7. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 375 degrees or until the cheese is as brown on top as you’d like!
8. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
