Dilly & Delicious Coleslaw
Coleslaw goes great on everything in the South – alongside some smoked pulled pork, on a burger slider, served alongside some grilled chicken, or even on a Blue Plate Special. Another thing that goes well with everything? Taste of the South Fried Pickle and Ranch Dip (we’re a little partial, so pardon us).
This recipe takes the great flavor of Pickle Dip and pairs it with the classic coleslaw recipe for a delightful, shareable, vegetarian side. This is the creamiest, dilliest, silliest coleslaw you’ve ever tried. Helps that it’s delicious.
Ingredients
1 pound shredded tricolor slaw (here’s an easy prebagged option)
1 cup Taste of the South Fried Pickle and Ranch dip (about 2/3 of a 10oz container)
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
Instructions
Make dressing – in a mixing bowl, combine Pickle Dip, mayonnaise, vinegar, and honey. Whisk or blend until all ingredients are incorporated
Place shredded cabbage/carrot mixture in a large bowl. Pour dressing over cole slaw and fold over by hand until fully mixed
Spoon a healthy serving on your plate, sandwich, salad, etc.
ENJOY!
