Take your chicken salad up a notch with our Smoky Chipotle Ranch Chicken Salad recipe! We loved this chicken salad on fresh croissants from our local bakery, but it would be great on crackers or veggies too. Not into spicy? We also have a recipe using our Fried Pickle and Ranch Dip.
Ingredients
1 Chicken Breast, cooked and chopped into small pieces or shredded, depending on your preference.
1/4 Cup Pecans, chopped to your preference.
1 Celery, diced.
1 Sweet Onion, diced.
1 Cup Taste of the South Smoky Chipotle Ranch Dip.
Instructions
Once the ingredients are prepped, mix all of the ingredients together, adding the dip 1/4 Cup at a time until you reach desired consistency. Spread onto your sliced croissant or crackers and enjoy. Store in the refrigerator for up to five days.
