Crepes with Creamy Chocolate Ganache and Berries
From a sweet treat to a Mother’s Day breakfast, these light and fluffy crepes so good it’s almost sinful. While you can use the crepe recipe for any combination of fillings, this recipe calls for three things - our Creamy Chocolate Ganache, Strawberries and swirl of whipped cream. This recipe makes about eight crepes, which you can warm up later too.
Ingredients
1 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp melted butter
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
Strawberries
Whipped Cream
Instructions
Combine ingredients 1 through 7 in a blender and mix for 30 seconds.
Pour 1/4 cup mix into hot pan and swirl until the bottom is covered.
When the crepe is no longer shiny, flip and cook the second side.
Remove from heat, top and enjoy!
