Buffalo Chicken Bombs

Appetizers are a must for football Saturdays in the South. These Buffalo Chicken Bombs make for a perfect game-day appetizer! Taste of the South Buffalo Style Chicken Dip makes this recipe super simple allowing you to skip all the stirring and mixing steps. Prep these ahead of time allowing you to bake them right before your guests arrive. Serve hot with a side of blue cheese dressing and your crowd will be coming back for more!

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Grease cast iron pan and set aside

  3. Roll biscuits out flat

  4. Stuff with Buffalo Style Chicken Dip making sure to pinch the sides to make a ball

  5. Place in the oven seam side down

  6. Repeat steps until cast iron is full

  7. Cook on 375 for 10 minutes

  8. Top with melted butter, parsley, and parmesan

  9. Cook for another 15 minutes and Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuits

  • 10oz Taste of the South Buffalo Style Chicken Dip

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

  • 2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley

  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan
